服務內容
氣體滅火系統調試
1. 單機調試:探測器測試、警報裝置測試、延時啟動時間測試、電磁閥動作測試。
2. 聯合調試:與FAS系統的火警、手自動狀態、選擇閥動作、氣體噴放信號的反饋調試;通風系統關閉,非消防電源切斷功能調試,各信號反饋消控中心。
報警系統調試
1. 單機調試:火災探測器、手動報警按鈕、聲光報警器、樓層顯示器調試。
2. 聯合調試:根據聯動關系,對自動滅火系統、室內外消火栓系統、防煙排煙與通風空調系統、防火門及活動式防火分隔設施、火災應急照明和疏散指示標志系統、消防通訊設備及火災應急廣播系統、消防供電和配電系統、消防供水系統、消防滅火器的聯合測試,各信號反饋消控中心。
自動噴淋系統調試
1. 單機調試:末端試水裝置、水流指示器、濕式報警閥,水泵單機運行,水泵主備用切換測試。
2. 聯合調試:與火災報警系統聯動,通過末端放水、水流指示器報警、濕式報警閥壓力開關報警,實現噴淋泵聯動啟動,各信號反饋消控中心。
室內外消火栓系統調試
1. 單機調試:消火栓按鈕動作測試、消火栓泵單機運行、消火栓泵主備用切換運行調試。
2. 聯合調試:與火災報警系統聯動,通過消火栓按鈕實現消火栓泵聯動啟動,各信號反饋消控中心。
防煙排煙與通風空調系統
1. 單機調試:排煙閥、送風閥動作測試,防火閥動作測試,防排煙風機運行調試,風口風速測試。
2. 聯合調試:與火災報警系統聯動,根據聯動程序,通過火災探測器、手動報警按鈕報警信號,聯動開啟防排煙閥,聯動啟動相應防排煙風機,各信號反饋消控中心。
防火門及活動式防火分隔設施調試
1. 單機調試:通過防火卷簾門兩側的手動升降按鈕操作使防火卷簾門上下運行正常且上下限位準確。
2. 聯合調試:與火災報警系統聯動,根據聯動程序,觸發防火卷簾門兩側的煙溫感探測器,作為防火分隔的防火卷簾門,一次下降至地面;作為疏散通道上的防火卷簾門分兩次下降,煙感報警,第一次下降1.8M,溫感報警,第二次下降至地面,各信號反饋消控中心。
火災應急照明和疏散指示標志系統調試
1. 單機調試:疏散指示標志應保持常亮;火災應急照明在斷電后自動開啟照明;
2. 聯合調試:與火災報警系統聯動,根據聯動程序,通過火災探測器、手動報警按鈕報警信號聯動切斷非消防電源時,火災應急照明系統自動開啟照明。
火災應急廣播系統調試
1. 單機調試:通過火災應急廣播主機發出事故廣播語音信號,逐層檢查每個消防廣播的發聲情況。
2. 聯合調試:與火災報警系統聯動,根據聯動程序,地上二層及二層以上報警,聯動本層及相鄰上下層事故廣播開啟;一層報警,聯動本層、二層及地下各層事故廣播開啟;地下任意層報警,聯動地下各層及一層事故廣播開啟。
